Giant was a subcontractor to another company I hired to do some brush removal. Giant sent Carl and Rick out to my house with the proper equipment to do the job. I was very impressed with these two young men. They worked hard during their 4 hour assignment and completed the majority of the work safely and on time. It was a pleasure working with these men. Giant installed my lawn sprinkler system. my lawn looks lush and green all season long. They also designed it right so that it doesn't saturate the shady areas, which was a problem before. This is a professional company who really knows their stuff!

It depends on the situation. A 3:1 slope is an acceptable pitch for lawn areas, however, patios should have no more than an inch drop over ten feet! We most often install terraced retaining walls when putting in a front walkway with stairs. Hydroseeded lawns have the best chance of seed germination because it has fertilizer and a tackifier mulch that holds moisture and prevents erosion. The success of a lawn also depends on good soil preparation, consistent watering, and a comprehensive lawn care program with fertilizing and weed control. Landscape materials (loam, mulch, gravel, or stone) are available by delivery only. Bark mulch can also be blown into a customers beds at their request. We use our own crews and equipment for snow and ice management services. Yes! We use a machine that threads the main irrigation lines underneath the grass with minimal disturbance to the lawn. Any areas that require hand-digging are raked out and seeded. Our irrigation installer can also add-on to existing irrigation systems.
Yes, you will need to blow out the system with a compressor to avoid damage from freezing temperatures. We begin notifying our clients in September about winterizing their irrigation systems in the beginning of October. Our landscape maintenance crews service residential and commercial clients up to 15-mile radius from Manchester. We will perform larger construction projects in the seacoast area, but generally we only install smaller walkways, patios, and plantings in and around the Manchester area: Goffstown, Bedford, Londonderry and Merrimack.

Square footage is a factor in determining price, however every site is different. Accessibility and elevation (if a retaining wall is needed) can affect the price of the project. We prefer to visit a property so we can provide an accurate scope of work.
New lawns should be watered lightly twice per day as the soil needs to stay moist. We highly recommend a lawn irrigation system if your budget allows it.
