If I could give negative stars I would. We stopped at the Del Taco in Gallup NM, on US 419. We stood at the counter waiting to have our order taken. However, instead of taking our order, two of the young employees looked at us. Didn't say a word and kept doing whatever it was they were doing. Not even a, "We'll be right with you." We turned around and left. Nothing like being disregarded. We ended up at Wendy's. 5 Star Service.

Don't ask for any special order (like no onions, & pico de Gallo on the side) you won't get it!! The 'snack queso quesadilla" is more like "JOKE quesadilla"!!

Terrible service, manager very rude! Only took order for our kids and didn't get our son's order correct. We asked for the missing items and she said we should have ordered correctly! Definitely ordered correctly, just didn't get what we ordered. Went across the street to another restaurant and had a much better experience. Plenty of other options with much better costumer service.

Had never been before as we don't have Del Taco in the South. Picked up a quesadilla taco and beef burrito. I was hungry, and I was still underwhelmed. Taco bell isn't amazing, but even that is better. Maybe this location is very poorly run but the food was very meh.
