On our trip across America from Ohio to San Diego our car broke down and we were completely stranded, Pep Boys really helped us out and quickly found the problem. They also went of of there way to give us possible suggestions on how to get our car to San Diego

Myron and Pep Boys were fantastic in helping me out with a tire leak as I was passing thru Gallup on 2/22/2022. I was thinking I would have to spend an additional night in Gallup but Myron & Pep Boys had me back on the road in less than an hour!! THANK YOU!!!

This place is a joke. We've been on the road for a week in snow and ice and needed 2 tired installed to get back home. After paying $300 they tell us to wait while they pull our vehicle apart for an inspection we didn't ask for or approve. Trying to pick it apart for more money. In the meantime, I needed to use a restroom and the guy suggested I navigate through several inches of snow on foot to the closest fast food establishment. He didn't care that I'm disabled and unable to walk that far. I've never seen it take 2-3 hours to get 2 tires mounted. These people clearly have no Pep in them.
