Took them almost 4 months with countless redundant appointments to get approved for TAA training just barely making the deadline. When I got to school, I found out other TAA applicants at other MassHire locations had this taken care of within a month. I brought my work searches to the required CCS seminar and they refused to look at it, making me come in the next day to show them. I drove 45 minutes each way to get here for these appointments. Waste of time and money. When my unemployment ran out, one of the supervisors here found out I had a modest flip phone and told me I needed to get a smart phone...WHEN I HAD NO MONEY COMING IN. Real smart, eh?

Rude, no time to talk, no assistance, disgusting! I am a Social Worker and would NEVER treat someone the way a family member was treated there. People going in for unemployment are ALREADY dealing with uncomfortable feelings for having lost a job. These 'professionals' only added to the pain! How HORRIBLE.

Terrible place they treat you like crap with unemployment benefits assistants (like i asked to be laid off). i dont know why they're so mad i paid into it while i was employed , im entitled to my money.
