A month ago I gave them a negative review. I've gone back a couple times since then and found much improvement,maybe they took my review to heart. The bakery is beautiful. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Meat department showes major improvement, fresh, well stocked, and cut properly. There's nothing to complain about the deli, it's always clean, fresh, well stocked, and the guys are friendly and inviting with a sense of humor,outstanding. The employees seemed to have changed their attitude for the best. I'm very impressed. It's becoming a nice place to shop, keep up the good work.

I went to market basket today and it was very crowded but extremely efficient in every department! The strike at stop and shop made them busier than usual but they were ready!Smiles on their faces and very helpful at every turn! Very impressive service! And I hope you gained a few more customers because of it! Customers were impressed and commenting on it! Congratulations and keep up the great work!

Went there today because the Stop & Shop in S. Attleboro was temporarily closed. There's lots of space to move around the store even though it was nearing closing time and very busy, they were well staffed. Extremely neat, clean and organized. Nice variety, even for a vegan family like ours. Unfortunately.......... I asked 4 separate employees - including at least one manager about specific items and not one single person could answer any of my questions. I find this astonishing, especially having shopped at other places and considering they work there, I figured they'd at least have an idea...no one did. Of those people, all but one barely stopped long enough to entertain helping me... The only fella that did help, although he was unable to help me, was AJ. This is literally the most haphazardly run store - the employees don't even know WHAT items they have or WHERE any of the ones they have even are - even the girls at the service desk! Very unacceptable. The startdards here for actual customer service is nonexistent. I think these people need some more training. I feel bad having to leave such a harsh review, this is just a poorly run/managed/trained store.
