I like their products. They are kinda overpriced but their shipping is absolutely horrible! I had to pay $25 shipping for two items and despite their listings claiming “fast shipping” and 3-5 days to ship as well as saying “in stock and ready to ship. it took 3 weeks to receive my order. This is not an isolated incident, it’s happened everytime I have ordered from their website.

Seriously, the most inept people working there. Absolutely no idea why they hire people who don't know the products let alone how to garden. Go to Lowes or Home Depot! They're cheaper and more knowledgeable!

Ordered a plant stand two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. Any time I try to check the status, I get a message that says “The membership/log-in area of our site is unavailable while we perform maintenance. You can still place orders and use the rest of the website as normal. We apologize for the inconvenience!” I get that they may be understaffed, but if long shipping times are a known issue, there needs to be a disclaimer clearly stating it, so that consumers can make an informed decision about their purchase. Website claims “3-5 days extra”, but two weeks later and they only created a shipping label that hasn’t actually shipped yet. Very disappointed.

The service is helpful. Had issues with my plantes with gnats. They recommend some treatment. I'm still working at it but my spider plant looks a little better . If there anything tips please let me know.

A little disappointed. Was under the impression that I would not need saucers for each pot. Will try to find something to fit. The size of the table is perfect for what I want to use it for. Thanks for your help.
Also use dish liquid cut with water around the foundation. This eill repell ants and other bugs
