First time VASA visitor that had an extraordinary experience. While I travel, I like to get in some sessions to feel myself, I’m sure many can relate, and this place did not disappoint. Highlights • Variety of equipment and amenities Olympic Platforms, Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, and Turf Area for my Walking Lunges! • Clean and Spacious Locker Rooms • Customer Service Being a visitor, you never know what to expect but Brenton the Manager was more than accommodating. He was friendly, informative, and made me feel like a local/regular. Lowlights • N/A Overall, it was refreshing to find a place where I could keep up with my sessions and meet wonderful people like Joe (front desk) and Brenton.

Staff is friendly, gym is very clean, can’t beat the price, lots of machines and the layout is nice. My advice is to go early or late, way less busy. I went during busy hours and didn’t have to wait too long for machines/equipment that I wanted to use. So easy to check in via the app, love the simplicity of everything.

When walking in, I was greeted by several very nice employees. They took the time to give a full tour of the facility and explained clearly and professionally the benefits of being a VASA member. They have a few different memberships that give you access to more and more areas of the gym. They were clear about the benefits of the more expensive ones, but they weren’t pushy when I opted for the cheapest membership. In the gym, I’ve talked to a lot of nice people who helped encourage me. There’s a good culture here. Getting a VASA membership was definitely worth it.

Absolutely terrible. First of all they let big trucks and cars park on the south wall which says no parking and then they box the cars in who actually park in the stalls. Then you go inside and the machines are literally on top of each other. Super crammed up and congested. Then it never seems to amaze me that they always have machines broken and damaged equipment. The sauna and steam room are out of order just about every other day. The vibe, equipment and atmosphere are absolutely terrible. Definitely would not recommend. Cheap monthly price reflects the quality of the gym
