If you read this. It's not bad at all. At least from 9:45AM - 10:30AM. The lobby is usually closed around 9 but drive thru is still open. If you walk in with reasonable expectations of a group of human beings you'll have a pleasant time. I don't work here but it is important to note that majority of the people who leave reviews on here have had 1 bad experience for something incredibly menial. Edit: added AM for clarification

Just left there and sorely disappointed. I love starbucks, i go at least once a week. But today after ordering in drive thru, with 2 cars in front of me, I sat for 12 minutes just to get to the window. No apology for the wait when I got there. No smiling friendly person there to greet me. Just opens window, scans my phone and says your drink will be done shortly. You would think my drink would have been ready since it had been 12 minutes at that point. They were not busy and yet no it wasnt. I sat another 2 minutes and as i drove away i tasted my usually perfect drink and it was made wrong. 😪

Took forever in the drive-through to get one drink, but at least they *kinda made up for it with a gift card for a free drink when I finally got my drink. They said it was because of being super busy inside, but it still seems like a failure of work flow efficiency that people wait 20-30 minutes in the drive-through.
