It has become too expensive for what you get. Three beers, a salmon burger, and a Caesar salad with chicken. A 20% tip. And the total? $94 We won't be returning for dinner.

Just shared a lovely Mother’s Day meal with my mom and family. We were all curious about a garnish listed on the menu called “Bacon Jam.” We asked our server about it and the next thing we knew, Chef David arrived at out table with a sample of his secret recipe. Holy Toledo! It’s Amazing! I want Bacon Jam on EVERYTHING now! Beef, chicken, fish, pancakes, the back of a spoon... Bacon Jam may contain trace amounts of some addictive substance. I don’t care. Just gimee the jam. Chef David was charming, taking time to chat with our family. The food was delicious, the atmosphere lovely and our server, Julia, sweet and attentive. We’ll go back. I have a number of friends that simply MUST meet Chef David and the Bacon Jam!

Went here for dinner on 6/10/17 for my mom's birthday. We had reservations for a table of 4, at 6:30 pm. The restaurant was not busy at all, but the service was SO SLOW. Our waiter took our drink order first, it took 40 minutes to receive our bottle of wine, and one mixed drink, our dinner order hadn't even been placed yet. We noticed that other tables were given a basket of popovers while they waited, but not us. We had to ask about the popovers, and we're told that yes, we should have been given a basket of them. Our waiter only had two other tables beside ours, yet he was never around. The meal was good, but the waiter never came back to see if we needed anything else, ask how the meal was, or to clear our table. We were planning on having dessert, but after spending two hours there, decided against it. Such a disappointment.

I took the family out for a New Years Eve dinner to the Lake Sunapee Country Club for the 2nd time in 8 years and we were not disappointed. While a bit pricey, the food was great (I had the tuna tartar and the rack of lamb) and the service was trying hard to keep up with the price point, ambiance, and the quality of the food. I will happily return if we are in the area and have something to celebrate.
