Worst body shop EVER. Grossly unorganized, understaffed, and mismanaged. A 4day repair took 32 days! Weren’t supposed to schedule us until parts were in, but did anyway. Week later- they call and say missing the bumper. We order an aftermarket one, took it to them, and 3weeks later we get it back. Some parts were still missing! Their motto is a joke. Nice people, but the experience was miserable.

I'm honestly surprised they have good reviews and unfortunately I had to give 1 star to write this review. If you were in an accident and need your car repaired do NOT take it here. If you need your car done within a timely manner do NOT take it here (months!). If you want your car back and in full working order like before the accident do NOT take it here...Seriously don't. If your looking for an educated, reliable, and quality care repair place do NOT take it here. I'm sure they have other great qualities but repairing cars is definitely not one of them.
