These folks have pulled off what few have been able to. Beginning with very good craft beer and seltzer, they created an atmosphere, both inside and out, that befits a mountain town and its culture. Next they added some very good food. Staff is excellent - yes they are struggling with carrying a full staff during all busy times like everyone is these days, but the existing staff is fantastic. Be patient during busy times. This place is a must stop at summer or winter!

Steam mill has great energy and atmosphere anytime of day. Tasty cocktail menu in addition to their own beer and guest beers on tap. I try the blueberry every place I go and Steam Mill's 'White Cap Blueberry' is wonderful, very light and not too sweet. The staff is very outgoing and you may even see the owner walking around shaking hands. A very welcoming energy & all smiles at Steam Mill Brewery.

We almost didn’t go here, because there Google profile said they were only open Thursday to Sunday. We passed by and it looked open so we went in. We found out that they are open every day of the week. Good vibes and lively atmosphere at the Steam Mill Brewery. We got a beer flight, chicken nachos, and a chicken sandwich with truffle fries. We enjoyed the Paradise Perle and Whitecap Blueberry beers. The fried chicken sandwich with truffle fries was fire! We recommend it. The chicken nachos need some work. It only had 5 pieces of chicken in it. It just needed more flavor. Maybe add beans or guac to it?
