Corning Ford has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. First, when taking delivery of a beautiful 2021 F-150 Powerboost, Corning Ford picked me up at a Denny's restaurant, all the way out in Chico, at 7:30 in the morning. They were all ready for me, signing the paperwork was a breeze, and I was out the door in my new truck in less than an hour. Second, about 7 months later, I was having issues with the back up assist feature, using the stickers was not working for me. I requested Corning Ford if they could send me the Yaw Kit cable instead. I worked with Francis Hopping, who was a tremendous help. As it turns out, the Yaw Kit cable was not included, but Francis went ahead and shipped me one anyway, free of charge! I am very satisfied with Corning Ford, and I highly recommend them, because they take very good care of their customers.

Absolutely! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a Ford truck to include Corning in their search. It was a 4-hour drive for us, but we were willing to fly to AZ or NV to get the truck we wanted. There's a dire shortage of truck selection due to the computer chip supply chain issue. Oscar Torres asked if I would consider a used truck. I was reluctant and with no pressure at all, he got me into a low mileage, pristine model that exactly met my criteria with some valuable upgrades. While not a "steal", it was a fair price, especially at this time when some dealers are marking up prices due to demand. A nice perk is that Corning Ford has their own DMV capability, eliminating any need for me to spend hours at a local DMV. Oscar offered several times to answer any after-sales questions which he's done quickly and cheerfully. He really makes us feel supported. This experience was opposite of my expectation of a high-pressure, obnoxious sales person whose only goal is to get my money. So far, we've been supported superbly.
