The woman who works the phone is impolite and seems to be very unsure about what she is doing. I am not sure if I caught her at bad times or something else was wrong but I have talked to her a totally of three times and each time she was very short with me and gave a lot of "umm"s like she wasn't completely sure what she was doing. I personally wont be recommending them to anyone but that is just based on my experience.

This place is great, Dr. Robertson is awesome, understanding, and is very knowledgeable and listens to your needs. Employees are nice and helpful. I especially like the person who works in the eyeglasses room. Sheś very patient and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Ive been a patient there for about 15 years.

Always a pleasant experience. Parking lot easy to get in and out of with your vehicle, the facility is clean and tidy and the people are pleasant and happy to be there. 5 stars every time and have been a patient for over a decade now.

Dr.Robertson is an amazing doctor and all his staff are very nice except for one. Mary, one of his secretaries, is very rude and unprofessional. In November 2016 I had an appt. I paid for everything I know the insurance doesn't cover especially the contact evaluation and made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed to pay for. She said no and I was on my way. Well it is now the middle of August 2017 and I received a bill in the mail stating I would be sent to collections if I didn't pay after this notice. I called to find out what was going on and right off the bat she was rude. She tried saying she has been trying to bill me since my last visit which is a lie because I have lived in the same place with the same address since then and have not received one bill statement or even a phone call from them and in top of that I know I paid for EVERYTHING I needed to. She continued to be rude and I told her I was done talking about this and wanted to hear nothing more or even recieve anything else about the matter and I would pay the bill and be done. Well it being a few days later now I just received another paper from her "showing" what I paid and what it was for and then my remaining balance. This was very unprofessional and unnecessary especially after I already told her I wanted to recieve nothing else about the matter. There was no reason at all for her to print off and send me this paper. I will no longer be going to this office and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have heard from many other people who go there that she has been very rude with them as well. Very disappointed that such a good doctor has such a rude secretary.
