We visited this location and was totally impressed with Dawn, she was a ROCK Star!!!!. We didn't know what to expect, we were roaming the building like lost puppies until she came around to ask if we needed help, which we did. She explained the materials thoroughly to us. We found the color and design we had originally selected but none were the right design we wanted. She told us that some slabs had just come in and asked if we wanted to see them. After looking at these slabs we decided this was the one and it was what we envision them looking like. They are now on hold and will be on our counter tops soon. I was so impressed that Dawn went above and beyond to help us and make us happy with our selections. We have a better understanding of these stones now. Thank you Dawn!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on February 16 at Boston Granite Exchange. Lisa treated us like we were family. She took so much time with us and answered all our many questions, taught us a lot about marble and the process of choosing and buying it. She made a daunting process fun and easy. We felt we were in such good hands. If only every step in home renovations could be as pleasant and relaxing as this experience was. This is our second purchase from BGE, and I’m so happy they’re here. The showroom and warehouse are an amazing and unique experience, and Lisa was a treasure to work with.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We had the ability to walk through the indoor facility to view the huge inventory of granite, marble and other types of solid surface slabs. Its incredible to see how many styles are available. Even better was the service we received! Lisa came out to answer our questions and guide us. Her knowledge of the location and layout of the different slabs if so impressive. Once we found exactly what we were looking for, she immediately got a hold of the warehouse crew to pull the number of slabs needed for closer inspection and to hold them for our fabricator. Do yourself a favor and start at Boston Granite Exchange in Haverhill. They are the best.
