I came here yesterday to get an oil change. I didn't have an appointment, however they still took me in and had my car ready within in an hour. The employees were very nice, quick, and knowledgeable. This is by far my best experience getting an oil change. I highly recommend Sun Auto Service!

I’ve been a client of Sun Auto for years and have been to at least 6 of their locations around the city. I believe they are honest and actually try to do what’s best for the customer. I’ve had everything from small oil changes to major engine work done there on 2 cars over the years. The technicians are some of the best, and I trust them. I refer all of my friends to Sun Auto & particularly the locations that our favorite Service Manage Kevin B is currently at because I know he will treat them with respect. I hope as the corporation continues to grow, that they keep the same quality & integrity because that is something that really sets them apart from other car repair places I’ve used in the past.

I had a 2 pm appointment for an oil change. They said it would be an hour or less. I returned 45 minutes later and they hadn't even started. They apologized and said it would be done in 20 minutes and then I was informed there was no charge for the inconvenience. They were very busy and I wasn't upset for the wait. Really appreciate the gesture. I take all my vehicles here for services and never have had a problem.

I had my CVT transmission flushed this afternoon because of the service B13. They said it could take up to 3 hours. I didn’t even have to make an appointment but I had nothing to do so I said ok. After that I’d just realized they left the fill cap on the side and I put a couple of miles on it and didn’t know what fell inside; dirt, contaminants or something else. Careless and unprofessional. Not sure if they really flushed the fluid or even rotated the tires. $233 for the flush. It’s not worth it.
