I just bought a used Volvo Cross Country from Midway. Francisco was the first person I spoke to when I called to inquire about the Volvo. He offered me an appointment right away but was patient when I needed time to be sure this was the right car for me. I never felt pressured and he kept steady communication with me throughout the process. He worked very hard to negotiate a deal we both thought was fair and reasonable. I felt he was honest about what options were best for me. This is a very busy dealership but I never felt like things were not moving along as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone who appreciates honesty and professionalism. I hope my car lasts many years but would definitely return to this dealership if I needed another vehicle.

We had been car shopping for my daughter and then decided we might as well get a new car as well. Francisco was one of the most amazing salesman I have ever felt with. I have felt with many in my day! He showed us a few models at our request, gave us the details about each model with what the difference was between the ones we liked. I picked a GMC Terrain, he got me approved for a loan. Me being me, changed my mind after everything was approved fell in love with a Buick Enclave. He without hesitation asked Finance to cancel the Terrain and to rewrite the Enclave. The Enclave was a little lower in cost , but that didn't matter as he wanted his customers to be happy. Now that's a great salesman. Anyone that puts a customer 1st and doesn't try to swindle them into something that doesn't make them happy is amazing!! He's very attentive and communication is obviously one of his strong points as well. I highly recommend if you are in need of a car, go see Francisco

I needed to find a car pretty quickly as mine died unexpectedly. I had searched online and found a beautiful 2015 Honda fit. I reached out immediately knowing that these cars are hot on the market right now. The team responded quickly, in under 24 hours. Jon Lewis was my correspondent. He was well informed on the car and the process. He was able to accommodate my schedule and was understanding that I needed this to be a quick process. But he was also patient and allowed me the space to speak to my father about the decisions before I made any concrete commitments. He was clear and direct with what I needed to do on my end to solidify the quick process, as well as advising me in the most important steps. He talked me through all available add-ons without pushing them. But was also very informative of the pros and cons. He reached out several times during the process, as well as several times after to check in with my experience in purchasing as well as how I was enjoying my new car. I just want to give a big thank you to Midway automotive, and John Lewis! For making this a quick and painless experience of buying my very own first car.

The salesman failed to notify us that they do not negotiate the price of the vehicle. This practice is not on the website, or on the vehicle listing, it is only on a small placard on the wall in the office. Furthermore, when trade in value was being discussed, the salesman admitted it could be sold privately for close to $10k but they offered $1k. Then to add insult to injury, when we tried to counter for a fair trade in value, we were laughed at and called “crazy girls” and asked to consider the insulting offer. Both my friend and I are appalled.

Speak to your salesman..perhaps also speak to John the service manager..I was given a loaner for three days. They have limited amount of loaner cars.
