We had dinner at Silverado tonight. I enjoyed the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and a side of sauted spinach. The salmon was amazing. Tender and juicy interior with a crisp exterior. Probably some of the best I've ever had. Husband had the New York with garlic mashed potatoes. The steak came perfect as ordered and had exceptional flavor. Our server Vanessa was attentive, friendly, and professional. We would dine here again! We've only begun our stay at South Point, but I expect this dining experience will make the highlight reel.

We’ve eaten at expensive, meat focused, fine dining restaurants in Kansas and Nevada…so we wanted to be “dazzled”….sadly, Silverado Steak House steaks and sides didn’t dazzle us. The service was EXCELLENT though. Our Server, Vanessa and her assistant, Corey were phenomenal. The food was good…just not jaw dropping like the steaks at Bazaar Meat or 6S (in Wichita, KS).

We had a great time! Service was good, food was great. An all around great restaurant. We ordered bottles of wine, appetizers, entres. Not once did I have to fill my own glass of wine, or have to ask for anything, it was simply there. Simple menus, make great restaurants, make great experiences! I looked for something to complain about but couldn't find anything. Here's some pictures of the food I ordered to review.
