Extremely professional and very easy to talk to the clerk. Came for a trailer washout and was instantly brought around the building and washed right away. I would highly recommend coming here for all your trailer washing needs. The yard is also forgiving.

I called Aaron at TDI set up an appointment to tow a fifth wheel camper to Highgate, VT for disposal, tow charge $675. After speaking to Casella several times during the week to confirm that they take campers at Casella Highgate location it was a green-light. Kevin our tow driver arrived with a big rig that could tow just about anything with any type of hitch. We set out on our journey to Highgate from Grand Isle as we arrived they would not except a fifth wheel camper at the Highgate location and said we had to go to Williston. I called Aaron back telling him the situation were in and we sit out on our journey heading south now to Williston, VT. Aaron work with me and only charged a additional $375. Total for this massive run around $1,050. I will most definitely will use TDI in the future. One Happy Camper, Jerry

I needed a service done that was very far away from their location. They went out of their way to get my vehicle taken care of and were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. It is rare to find mechanics who are willing to pull out all the stops and take care their customers. I hope I don't need help again but if I do I will use TDI every time!

The service is outstanding. They towed my truck from the interstate to there shop after a wheel came off due to loose lug nuts. The called me the next morning after assessing the minor damage and gave me options as to what it needed which is just wonderful as many shops just tell you what "HAS" to be done and they charge accordingly. I had them do my rear brakes at the same time as they needed to be done anyway and it just made sense to do it while things were apart. They did it professionally and quickly. Got me my truck back that day. It's a work truck so being without it is a day without pay. Great job! I highly recommend them if your in need of a tow or repair. Thank you TDI...
