Awesome place. Always happy with my purchases. If you like spicy the Firemaster steak tips are hot but have amazing flavor. My new favorite steak tips. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Smell of bbq when you walk in the door. What more could you want.

I love this place. Their steak tips are the best around as well as their homemade jerky. Their prices are a little more expensive than the grocery stores but you absolutely get what you pay for.

Place is decent good selection tips are good. Bought a Porterhouse streak from them but it was really a T-bone. I asked the person getting it for me, for a Porterhouse he said that the t-bones was the Porterhouse, I have a culinary Background but did not want to argue I hate confrontation. The little sign said porterhouse also, as a butcher shop they really should know there cuts of meat. T-bones have little to no Fillet side Porterhouse steak 🥩 has a full Fillet side. The steak I bought definitely not a Porterhouse but they are charging for one per lbs. I hope this is a oversight because people are not getting what they paid for. The T-bone Steak was good minus the Fillet side, just wanted to point this out get better training for employees this is a butcher shop should know your cuts of meat.

Can really taste the difference. Great marinated steak options. Meat is lean no fat. Is a little pricey but definitely worth the extra. My choice when grilling.
