JOANN is not just a fabric store. They have arts & crafts materials as well, often at a good discount with their coupons once you get on their mailing list. My current favorite is POSCA paint markers which don't require any messy clean up. I can get them half price with a coupon.

This is my Favorite fabric store to date. Everyone here especially at the cutting counters are friendly and helpful. If you don't understand a pattern they will walk you through measurements. My only complaint is they have a smaller Clearance section for non fabric items.

Wanted to make a cushion for my 4 foot bench. Pick out some foam . they cut a piece 4' by 14 " and it was $35 !!! Still have to buy material . well i said forget it and went on line and bought a cushion for so much cheaper and i didnt even have to do the work. Looked at flowers they too were way too high. Think ill shop around.

I think if it was cut to your length that they may not return it. My suggestion is to call them and explain why you want to return it and see what their policy is. I wish you the best of luck. Merry Christmas!
