I have been dealing with this dealership for many years and have bought a couple of cars from here. I did recently have a little issue with my car. I spoke with the service manager Nathan and he was able to get me right in to get my car fix. My car was fixed the next day and my car was nice and clean. I am very happy with the service I received. Great experience!!! Their internet rep Josh Hebert, John Szymkiewicz in finance, and of course Jason Brainard-Barns my sales rep made this the easiest new car purchase I've ever had. Right from the start Josh listened carefully and made sure all of my questions were answered before coming in. Jason in Sales was respectful of my time and made sure everything went smoothly and without any pressure! The finance manager John was fast, efficient, and like all of the rest of the staff very open and friendly! And finally, thank you to the Nucar management for NOT price gouging like many of their fellow Hyundai dealerships are doing during this time of inventory shortages. (I love my new Veloster N!!!)

That's the way it should be at any dealership you buy a car or truck at, unfortunately that isn't always the case. The other dealerships that are that good is the Balise dealerships.

Not free first oil change their isn't free. However check the dealership that you bought from, for example where I bought from you get 3 free oil changes per year for as long as you have that car. Even if the car you bought from tbem was a used car.
