I paid on my current loan with them on friday at about 6pm. Applied for more funds and never got a call like their website claimed I would. Now i am stuck without funds and not able to register my vehicle even though they were supposed to call me and now they are closed. Definitely filing a bbb complaint. Be lucky if you get another payment out of me. I'm disputing all charges.

When I walked into this dollar loan center I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest, but I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed right when I stepped foot inside. I was getting help from the loan specialist named Miriam, she was so professional, well mannered, and mature, so much so that I thought she was mf like 27 years old. Turns out she’s 20. Proof of identity, income, residency and I think 4 or 5 references. That's what I remember.
There are no minimum income requirements, however, income does come into play when determining the size of the loan we can approve.
While our loans cannot be kept out for 36 months, all you need to bring into us to process the loan is: State issued ID Proof of income/most recent paystub Proof of address dated in the last 30 days
