Here I sit and watch the clock pass their closing time so I wait yet another day with them blaming the bank for the issue. All I get is " they are very busy and we will contact you when your loan finalizes"

At first they were great I was able to take a small advance then I tried again and was denied no big deal but then I get an email giving me hope for the holidays on having a last min Christmas only to be let down on christmas eve and told oh sorry ur specific lawsuit doesn't qualify because it's a class action. Thanks like I'm not going through enough. maybe u guys should be a little more clear in ur email instead of giving people hope only to kick them in the face when they are at their most vulnerable. Again thank u that's just what I needed on Christmas Eve another reason to realize that hope is just a pipe dream
