Worst pharmacy!!! You have to wait at least an hour for someone to answer the phone and then wait about 2 hours to pick up your prescription. Just ridiculous!!

Man these guys are slow, understaffed, rude, and genually awful. I've only filled two prescriptions with them, and will not be filling any more here. My fiance had a C section after giving birth, we came here to fill her pain medication prescription and they told me 2 hours. I come back 2 hours later and had to wait another 2 hours. Meanwhile my fiance is at the apartment reeling in pain. When i asked staff they were rude, and unapologetic.

This place is so slow. I know it's a busy location but when they tell you it will be ready in 20 minutes and you give them the benefit of the doubt and drive away you would think they would be ready after an hour of your return, wrong. They once again tell you to wait another 5 minutes and can stay in the lane until it's ready. Well your waiting like they say but then another employee tell you to get out of line and drive away and get back in line behind all these cars. Well she needed to mind her business but you still get out of line and wait in another lane and when you finally get your prescriptions they are already with an attitude ( which I should have an attitude) they don't explain the medicine to you. Thanks staff you guys are so nice and helpful so much that if there was an option of a no star you would get it for your customer service

Pharmacy has long lines, slow staff who is unable to explain things using non-technical lingo. After entering my insurance info in their system, the pharmacist kept on saying that it didn't process, that it was a non-match. When I asked to explain what she meant, she kept on repeating the same thing. Not able to tell me what in their world "non-match" means. I pity the human species, and how stupid it is becoming. We depend on machines that we have created, yet we limit our brains to only know and comprehend what we are told by those machines. Monkeys would probably handle technology and its progress better than this one Walgreens employee.
