Honestly felt so embarrassed, I shop here all the time. For everything, but today they made me feel so horrible. I was charged 2 times, when I was doing a return, who gets charged when doing a return? They made me feel so embarrassed when they treated me like I was stupid, and they screamed at me, while I was keeping calm. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I called corp, to see if they can refund me the money. Same thing, it wasn’t helpful at all, if anything made me feel worst. She wanted to go back inside but after this, I don’t ever want to step foot inside there.

Love this place they always have new stuff every week and the clothing, shoes , etc. is excellent quality. They prices are super good and the customer service is amazing. This place is 1000 times better then walmart. Love it love it love it will be a faithful Ross shopper. Thank you Ross employees for your hard work and your excellent service you guys rock.

Parents should stop the damage thier kids do. But the store had many beautiful things. Don't be discouraged. Its still a good find
I will be totally honest with you-I love the prices here but I don't seem to be very strict about their covid practices. Everyone wore mass but more than once I saw the workers take the mass down sir talking to each other and then they saw me looking at them and put them right back on. On a scale of 1 to 10-10 being the best safest I would give them maybe a 4.
