These guys were awesome. Had exactly what I needed and were so helpful. I was even 30 minutes late and they rolled the clock back and Didn’t charge me extra. They didn’t even judge me for leaving my hitch at home :)

We were doing some tilling in our garden so we came here to rent a tiller. The rental process took all about 10 minutes, very quick with excellent service. I helped the guy load it into our truck, and we went home and got it done. When we came back to return it, there was another guy and they unloaded it for us and we were on our way. Quick and easy, excellent service, very happy.

In the past 15 plus years I've lived nearby and have rented equipment from time to time. Not a BIG user of their equipment, but I've never had a bad experience with anything I've used in the past. Admittedly, they do have to hire novice help from time to time and they may not always know the best response when a customer has a problem or a complaint. I've never had any issues with customer service, so - - - . I'm not affiliated with Universal Rent-All in any way shape or form. I'm considering renting another piece of equipment in the next few weeks and Universal is both convenient and competent. I WILL rent from them again in the future.
