The staff has been careful to understand the complex needs of my aunt and other patients. The staff engage with patients verbally both concretely and metaphorically making the experience feel fun. The environment seems positive. I get my answers , needs met ; Promptly and clearly regarding my aunts ongoing bed care and physical rehabilitation. I would recommend to many of my patients. Bravo. Warning*** Do not bring your loved ones here they will neglect them. My aunt has been in long term care with this facility.. The Doctors noticed she was uncared for and unkept. Her clothes were always missing, they moved her next to laundry just to ignore her. She was hospitalized because she got SEPSIS. How is this place even allowed to have patients! My aunt is mentally disabled unable to care for herself and this is what they do neglect her and try to kill her. On top of all that they don’t answer the phone and don’t provide answers. Thanks to my lawyer she was moved elsewhere!

A very pleasant place. Cheery. Very clean. The patients seem well taken care of. I would recommend Cedar view to someone who may need to be in that type of facility.

we the (javier -paulino ) family just want to say thank you so much for the amazing services that you provided to our mother.. the person at the front desk, and the nurses were very attentive and caring to our mother, especially Mary. also, the fact that you provided services to our mother in Spanish was great; she was able to communicate with the staffs in Spanish which made her feels that you care about her. thank you for all the hard work that you do!
