It's a rarity to find an operation this size that is as honest as Webster Tire and Auto. I stopped by to get work done on both of my cars, and I mistakenly asked for an inspection on my car for Nebraska when I needed a Massachusetts inspection with my new plates. Since the RMV handles the transaction, his hands were tied. Instead of letting me face the consequences of the mistake, Jerry gave me a $35 coupon off my next oil change. I really appreciated the gesture even though it was a small amount of money. They clearly aren't trying to rip anyone off!

Great experience! Brought my car in after getting a nail in my tire. They were able to repair it which was a huge relief. While I was there, they pointed out that my brakes were on their last legs and my sticker was due. The place seemed very busy, yet they let me leave the car for a couple of hours while they completed the additional work. Very impressed and will recommend!
