Was told my order would take 15 minutes. I made it clear I was on my lunch break from work, and stayed in the lobby, then after 25 minutes i had to ask one of the 7 employees that were literally standing (or sitting) doing NOTHING to check on it. It was already cooling in the box forgotten on a counter. When we ate the pizza it was sub-par as well. This is not the first time this store has disappointed me, and its not like I have unrealistic expectations of a 6 dollar pizza.... Get some mgmt that knows and cares about what they are doing. I will not be returning to this location.

Pulled up to the drive thru, apparently all employees outside smoking. Finally after 5 min, no one in line ahead of us. We said, hello? They were out of everything, rude, disrespectful, and acted a bother to give us our order. Pizza was disgusting once we looked at it, after we were home. Not eating here anymore!

Awful location! Horrible customer service. The pizza is poorly made most times. I haven’t had something offered as “hot and ready” hot and ready for a couple years. Usually have to wait 15-20 minutes for your order. Prices on drive thru menu are incorrect and higher. Got home tonight and pizza was not what I ordered. Pathetic place.

I have no idea what's happened to this location, it used to be amazing. It used to have friendly customer service and the pizza was always done nicely. Ordered a deep dish Hawaiian today and it was raw. I called and the manager said 'oh its just a little underdone.' No. Its raw. Literally the first layer of cheese is not even melted, the dough has more pull than the cheese. (We actually thought it was cheese at first.)Went back a few hours later to pick up another one, just got home and its raw again! Not only is it unsafe to consume especially for small children, its ridiculous that they have all of a sudden forgotten how to cook their pizzas fully. This was never an issue for us when the deep dish pizza came out. So I know it's not a 'just the way it is' situation. (Included photos of the first and second pizza, cheese removed)
