This location in Providence was awesome to work with. Jon Howell at the front desk was very kind and understood my budget, talked me through all of my options to get new tires before having to make a trip to California. The crew was quick for how busy they were and Jon was keeping me updated along the way. As a young female going in alone I really appreciated that Jon wasn't trying to push me to buy anything I wasn't asking for and never talked down to me. 10/10 recommend taking your vehicle in.

They are honest and great to work with, Jason the mechanic is a stud. He went out of his way to come in early just to get my truck done. Ryan Walker is the kind of guy that will do anything for you, give you the shirt off his back kind of guy, AWESOME!!! The guys up front are great as well, Alex & John are always trying to work you in no matter what. I have always had a good experience when I take my vehicles to them. Thanks so much!!!

We live in Texas but we have several kids, and their cars, who live in Cache Valley and go to USU. We went to the Big O in Providence a couple years ago for the first needed oil change, and have not gone anywhere else since for all their auto needs. Every experience with them has been stellar. Honest, friendly, and great service. I was in town this weekend and the car I was driving started leaking oil. I took it to Big O about an hour before closing on Saturday a little worried nothing could be done over the weekend. John meet me with a smile and immediately called someone over to take the car back and check it out. I waited in the super clean waiting area for about 15 minutes until John came in and told me the oil filter was just very loose. They tightened it up and checked the air pressure in all the tires then sent me on my way without allowing me to pay anything. Good customer service stands out, and John and his crew go above and beyond. There’s a reason why we are loyal Providence Big O customers! Thank you once again!
