Got into a minor accident with my 2018 Audi S4 and Marty's did the repair. They were excellent, the best experience I have ever had with an auto body repair shop. Great people, they have excellent communication and kept me updated as to the status and progress of the repair. They provided me with a car rental and it was convenient as the car was brought to the shop for me. The quality of work was incomparable to anything I have ever experienced beforem, and the car looked better than when I bought it. I just can't recommend them enough this is the place to go if you need auto body work.

This is my third time that I worked with Marty's. They are outstanding with their services and professional team. This guys had going completely out of their way to towed my truck to their shop. I will highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

My whole family has used Marty’s several times over the last 15 years. It has always been a positive experience with really great customer service. They do amazing collision repair work and your car looks brand new within such a short amount of time. Due to covid they have been backed up for work and because I know they do an exceptional job I recently waited several weeks just to get an appointment instead of going elsewhere because I knew my car would be in good hands and come out perfect. I had my car back in two days and am very pleased with the work done as usual.

Off the charts, could not be more satisfied with the work done and the experience. I was referred to Marty’s by friends based on their experiences. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, informative, and transparent. They laid out expectations for me, communicated throughout the process, and the work was done even faster than I expected. Every step in the process was smooth, from the initial diagnosis to the estimate to dealing with my insurance, all the way through pickup when the work was done. Above and beyond my expectations.

WHAT ARE BETTERMENT CHARGES?

Vehicle parts that wear out with time and use (i.e., tires, batteries, upholstery, suspension parts, etc.) are subject to betterment charges when they are replaced during the repair process. These betterment charges are determined by your insurance company and are pro-rated based on actual miles on your vehicle.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank checks, insurance checks and cash. We cannot accept personal checks over $500.

The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by the insurance policy you purchased. Standard insurance coverage requires that you pay a deductible regardless of who is at fault. Broad collision coverage requires paying a deductible only if you were at fault. Insurance companies determine fault by your account of the accident and by reviewing the accident report filed with the police department. If you aren’t sure, call your insurance agent to determine if the deductible is waived or if you need to pay the deductible to us when you pick up your vehicle.

If you need a rental car, we can make all the necessary arrangements. A rental company representative can be on-site at Marty’s with a car when you are scheduled to drop off your vehicle. You can leave the rental car with us when your vehicle is restored and ready for delivery. Remember that insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.

Not necessarily. A car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company’s determined value of your vehicle. Today, with the aid of our state-of the-art computerized frame machines, we can often return your vehicle, bent frame and all, to its original factory specifications. At other times a bent frame might be replaced.

Not sure what they all can do but i give them a 6 plus star as faras service and reviews are concerned very nice staff there and the owner goes well beyond that of other places that work and tows are concerned give them a call tomorrow morning and find out like I said very very very nice people therr
