Lucky enough to have acquired a Mainely Tub thru home purchase. Needed service due to a leak for which I could not locate. The process to schedule a service call was efficient and friendly. The tech called in advance, diagnosed the problem quickly, and provided recommendations how to avoid same issue in the future. Wish I could remember his name, excellent demeanor and level of product knowledge! Would not hesitate to either purchase or have a tub serviced by MT of Scarborough!

I was down at the shop about a month ago. I had exchanged several emails with Nick, one of their sales people and set up an appointment. I've never had so much fun spending so much money! He was fantastic! He told me all about the different systems, chlorine vs salt water, and everything the different models could do. He stayed past close to get everything done that day. Highly recommend Mainely Tubs and go ask for Nick!

I had an excellent experience from the very beginning, straight through to drop off. Jordan was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Followed by Niko, who was super nice and made sure I was able to get a delivery date on a day I’d be working from home! The delivery guys arrived right on schedule and busted everything out perfectly! They even complimented my base (which I just finished up yesterday) If you’re looking for top quality service, Mainely Tubs certainly has it! You will not be disappointed! Absolutely recommend!!

We purchased a hot tub from Mainly tubs and have had a great experience all around. Jordan in sales was so great in the purchase process. Delivery was amazing and everybody was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin in service came to our house after hours in the freezing weather to help us when we were in desperate need. Taylor came for the white glove service and was so great helping us understand everything. He stayed till all our questions were answered and it was late in the day and he never rushed us. I cannot say a bad thing about mainly tubs. We love our hot tub and plan on recommending Mainly Tubs to all our friends and family.

Not the best at answering phones, usually good about returning messages. In store customer service is generally their strong point.
Hi, David! If you would like to order water care products, you can purchase them from our e-store at estore.mainelytubs.com and have your them delivered. We do not currently have ordering capabilities for our main products - hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas - online, but we are able to order units and take deposit over phone, email, etc. Our New Hampshire showroom is currently open to visitors for in-person orders/purchases, while our Maine showroom remains closed at this time in accordance with mandates.
