I heard about NACA several years ago when I attended a workshop. Since then, I know several family and friends who have successfully completed the program. I soon hope to be one of its success stories. Despite attending a workshop several years back, and I am just now working with a counselor and my experiences throughout the process have been very positive. Each counseling session is productive and informative. I highly recommend Jose – he communicates the requirements very clearly and provides constructive and honest feedback. At the end of our sessions I know exactly what I need to do to bring me closer to my goal. I would recommend the program overall to anyone seeking to pursue homeownership.

My family and I have begun working with NACA so we can buy a home. Home ownership is a great privilege and we are excited to find a place to call our own. The staff have been incredibly helpful, Colin B. is a super star and he's very pleasant to work with. He has walked us through all of the steps and we have done our best to fulfill all of the requirements. The information requested and the verifications are necessary to ensure that we are truly qualified to be home owners. They want to make sure we are ready for the financial responsibility of owning a house and all that comes with it. This is a great program and they do all of the heavy lifting and make owning a home affordable. We are very grateful and appreciative of this wonderful opportunity to own a home. NACA is the silver lining at the end of this gloomy landscape of housing. It's nice to have such a capable advocate to help us get through this process. Thank you Colin and NACA.

I initially heard about the NACA program through a family member who had recently attended the Home Buyer Workshop. The family member told me of the benefits of NACA and I figured I’d give it a shot. I attended the initial workshop in March of 2020 and had my intake a couple weeks later. My first counselor informed me of all the things I would need in order to become NACA qualified and provided me with a detailed Action Plan. The process has been long but very informative. Colin, my newest counselor has been amazing with answering my many questions and helping me stay the course to reach the end goal of obtaining a home through NACA. I’ve been with the program almost 2 years and am so glad to have worked with NACA as it has forced me to take a closer look at my personal finances. I am looking forward to purchasing my home through NACA in the very near future.
