John Doherty was phenomenal. I went to the Copley location in Boston last week for an issue with a recently repaired ring. John was attentive, upbeat and very knowledgeable. Upon pulling up my repair ticket, he immediately apologized and said what happened was unacceptable. He offered a solution beyond what I had anticipated, and made the process as easy and quick as possible.

I had a great experience at this David Yurman store. I went into this store location after having shopped at a few other stores in the mall. I had really no intention of buying anything, just browsing and killing time since I had validated parking. I was greeted by a really nice client advisor named Maggie who showed me some really nice pieces of jewelry. I was treated so kindly by the staff that I returned during the August tax free weekend and purchased a really nice ring. I worked with Maggie who went out of her way to find the ring in the right size, ordered it from Canada, and I was wearing the ring three days later after picking it up in store. I will definitely be purchasing more from this store, and the champagne that I received with my purchase was a pretty nice touch. Class act all the way.

The customer service at David Yurman Copley is state of the art. I have worked several times with John Doherty and he is the most considerate and knowledgeable person I have personally dealt with regarding customer service. He always takes the time to show you the things you came for, and I have had several times where he finds me something I would like much better. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend the staff (Especially Mr. Doherty).

Nice sales people, complimentary champagne, and beautiful jewelry! I had a great experience around Christmas time at DY. I have been wearing the 9mm chatelaine yellow gold ring with Hampton Blue topaz for the last 6 months and love it! I get lots of compliments and it matches everything.
