Me & my boyfriend called August 21st, Sunday evening at 5pm. The lady who answered the phone was so unprofessional & rude. We found 2 baby mice that didn’t even have their eyes open yet. We called because that’s what a vet & a pet store said to do. Even when you google it, it says to call a wildlife rehabilitation center. Since I have no idea what to do with 2 tiny mice, I called. She CHUCKLED & said “i never heard of anyone rehabilitating mice”. Like what? For someone who is supposed to care for animals, she sounded like she had no heart. Who cares if they are mice, they are living breathing creatures. Shame on you guys.

Thank you for helping a baby skunk. He wouldn’t have made it without Maria’s care. 🖤🤍

Called about a porcupine in rough shape, She said we could bring him right down. We were greeted so kindly despite the late hour, and feel the porcupine has the best possible chance of survival. Hopefully "Pudgy" makes a full recovery and gets to finish out his life in the wild.

She is AMAZING!! I found an injured bird outside of the restaurant I manage and she said she would take him! (Or her).... she was super sweet and explained to me the process and that I could call at any time to get an update on Olive(what we named the bird we found) and she was so nice throughout the whole process!!
