They are not working smart, they are very slow in services. Can you believe this “ I went to that place at 10:41 am for a oil change, just a oil change “ the lady in the front dest told me that to wait for 45 minutes, meaning someone will take my car by 11:35 or 11:40 am but now is 12:40 pm no one takes my car and the lady that talks to me seems doesn’t care about my time and never come to me to say anything. What’s going on or what happened. The only guy that works hard is the skinny kid that works on tires repair. If you guys don’t believe me, come one to check it out… Since I sat down waiting for them, the two cars that I have seen up never come down, they instead talking more than working. Now is 12 : 50 pm Still no one comes get my yet. They finally just take my car.

I was on vacation in Boston from Chicago earlier this month with a rental car, and ended up with a screw in my tire… The rental company sent me to Melo’s, and these guys had the wheel off the car, screw removed, hole patched, and the wheel back on, and me on my way all within a matter of minutes! The car made it all the way back to Chicago (1000+ miles) with no issue! This crew is super fast, super friendly, and super professional! I went in not knowing whether my flat tire could be repaired or if it would need to be replaced. At Melo's, they tested the tire and determined it could be fixed, patched it, and checked the other three tires to make sure none had leaks. The work was finished in less than half an hour, and they charged a very low rate for the repair. Very happy with the service and the friendliness of the employees. I would definitely recommend Melo's!
