Not only is the front desk friendly, kind, accommodating, and welcoming, the manager will go out of her way to make sure you’re satisfied with your services and offer additional free touch ups if you are not. Their new salon hire JT is incredibly talented and you should 100% check this place out if you haven’t yet.

I rarely give anyone one star I probably wouldn’t of even given them that. This is my first time at Allure day spa. The women at the front desk are extremely unwelcoming I’ve had better experience being greeted by a Walmart employee. They act like they don’t want to be talked to until about noon. I scheduled an 80 min massage, which was good except I was robbed about 20 min so it was more like a 60 min massage mind you it costed $125. $150 with tip! The massage was good, the massage therapist was friendly. The furniture in I guess what you would call one of the lounges was dirty, well worn & broken! it looked like someone had gotten a face mask and it melted all over the chair and carpet & no one tried cleaning it up & who knows how long it had been there? The coffee stand was broken & I couldn’t find the ice water because they kept it in a coffee thermos. I’m used to friendly welcoming spas that make you feel like you never want to leave. This place made you feel like you were at super cuts and they kick you out the door and say next. I’ll never go here again or recommend this place to anyone ever.

Love! This spa is so warm and inviting and they have excellent customer service. I received a gift card for my birthday and was unable to use it due to the pandemic in the amount of time noted on the card and they said they will always honor the card, even in 5 years. Best spa in Anchorage! I appreciate the cleanliness, the services and the expertise of their staff. I will be going back and I highly recommend!
