Excellent seating, close to the playground. Perfect for a BBQ, even though you will have to bring your own, which we did. Great family neighborhood. Great for people of all sizes and ages. The teenagers there mixed well with my friend's small family 👪 of 3.

Beautiful neighborhood park with many trails, good green space, and access to the flats.

Totally beautiful with a covered picnic area with grills. A tennis court, basketball court and a Zipline that the kids loved. We stayed for hours and the kids weren't bored one time. There is a "path" that leads to the train tracks where you can see the ocean. There is a huge open field area for sports and a hill for rolling down. The family votes 5 stars!

Yes there is a zipline and it will be safe for both your children I suggest it and you will have a nice time on the benches in the sun
At times it can be super busy. But it is a very large park with lots of trails, so yes in all probability you should be able to.
