Waited in line @ the drive-thru for about 10 min. Always very busy, but had dining room open so I figured it would be quicker. Nope. Blizzards were good but c/s was professional with lack of smiling and positiveness. Companies need to get back to taking an extra 30 seconds to acknowledge customer, not just the money.

Disappointing food. Chicken was mostly alright, but fries were soggy and burger tasted like straight horse meat. Blizzard was great, if you come here come only for the ice cream.

5/10/22, 8:15 PM - Expo girls (/managers?) screaming and cursing at workers making food. Absolutely disgusting behavior.Anyone verbally abusing people should not be in the service industry. I voiced my concerns and was spoken to extremely aggressively and loudly mocked as I walked away. As someone who has worked in restaurant management for over 10 years I completely empathize with how stressful it can be, but there is absolutely no excuse for the way that these girls were speaking to other human beings. It was obviously an incredibly toxic work environment and no worker is going to respect management who communicates in this manner. If I was the owner of this franchise I would be extremely embarrassed that these girls were the face of my establishment. I really hope the other workers understand that it is 100% not okay and not normal for managers to speak to people in this fashion.

My fiancé and I went there yesterday, we walked inside, we then immediately got attitude from a girl working there. She said “dining room is closed if you would look at the door.” we looked at the door as we walked out, there wasn’t a sign at all. I worked at a different dairy queen before and i know you do not treat your customers like that. it was very ignorant. We were going to go through the drive through but i was so upset with her attitude that it wasn’t even worth it. This was my first time going to this dairy queen since my fiancé and I just moved up here. We definitely will never ever go to this dairy queen.
