I have lived in provo for 4 years. I got the WORST haircut ever today. “I don’t want a hard part in my hair” I say. She proceeds to give me a hard part. “Can you do rounded neck lines?” I ask. Proceeds to give me hard corners on the neck line. Hey Craig’s cuts, please ask your hair stylists to listen to their customers. Please and thank you.

So many things went wrong with this visit. I usually don't leave negative reviews but this was AWFUL. First off I got there at 10am for my haircut, and the brought in kids who were booked for 10:30 and 10:15 before me. Then she gave me the WORST haircut I've ever had. I kept asking her to blend it more, and she kept saying it was great, but guess what..IT WASN'T. Don't waste your time here.

I wasn't sure about going for a less expensive haircut, but I was absolutely blown away by this place! Madi was my hair stylist and she did a killer job. She was very attentive, had incredible attention to detail, and was extremely personable throughout the cut. I am 10/10 going to be getting my hair cut here from now on.
