Left my deer to be processed here back in September 2021 and still haven’t been contacted by the owner. I have 3 other relatives who left their deer here to be processed from the same hunt who have been given the run around anytime they call. All 4 of us have not received our meat back. Anytime any of us call we’re told, “it’ll be ready in two weeks.” At this point I’ll have a few months to eat an entire deer worth of jerky before it goes bad. I and anyone I know will never have game processed here again.

A libertarians wet dream. Go for the jerky, stay for the FDA unapproved discussion. The guy running the place is a riot and it's a good bit. At least I hope it's a bit.

They have the best Jerky ever they make it by hand there at that store! My favorite is the Cajun Elk Jerky pictured below their way of making it makes it just fall apart in your mouth. It isn't a dry tough Jerky like that leather the gas stations sell no this is premium Jerky and the prices are far. Also the staff is amazing they are so friendly and really take pride in selling you what you would like. They also have a rewards program that's not advertised but one time I went in I had a $5 coupon linked to my payment history. I think you only get it if you pay with card and add your email so the computer tracks your payment history. Anyway you get the point great product great people great price.
