I called to make a change on my order, the lady that answered the phone was very rude and acted like I was wasting her time. She ask me to hang on while she finds my ticket, sets the phone down and tells someone else loud enough for me to hear, We need to put on our website, "No Changes to Order". I told her never mind and hung up. LADY if your that busy or unhappy with your job, find a new one or hire some help. You've just lost my business.
