Overall I had a very good experience here. The staff greeted us quickly and the room was clean and well appointed. The decor is swiss themed and is very well done. I enjoyed staying here quite a bit. Two things that were not necessarily the Hotel‘s fault were less than ideal. 1) I asked to charge my electric vehicle and one of the front desk people said I could meet their maintenance engineer by the maintenance shed in the parking lot. After 15 to 20 minutes of waiting nobody arrived. That was frustrating. 2) I met a friend at the bar and we ordered a pizza, which took 45 minutes to arrive. That’s absurd. We were almost ready to leave by the time the food arrived.

We stayed in a three-bedroom town home that was beautifully apportioned and clean; everyone in our three-family party was pleased and happy with the amenities. All bedrooms were located upstairs and accessed by a long, steep staircase. There were three bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with a long table that sat three families with six children comfortably, a laundry room, and a secretly tucked away theatre room. Besides the amazing accommodations, we were allowed to use all the Zermatt resort amenities - like the indoor/outdoor pools (which made a big splash with the entire party), the arcade and game room, the gym facility, etc. There is plenty of on-site parking. All in all, this idyllic stay in the scenic Swiss resort among the foothills of Midway, Utah was fantastic! We'll be staying here again in the future!

I wish they allowed small dogs here. I love the pool. I have not stayed at the hotel, but watched it get built right next to my mom's condo. The owners (at that time) were really nice people and we ran into them often. I don't understand why service animals are banned from the property. Isn't that illegal, per Americans with Disabilities act? It's a shame to exclude handicapped people like that.

Very beautiful resort with a nice pool and an amazing hot tub with a waterfall that massages you as the water falls onto your head and shoulders. Very relaxing! There are many meeting rooms. They have a full sound stage for shows and productions. We saw deer running through the campus and Canadian geese flying overhead. The view of the mountains is breathtaking! It is a short drive over to Heber Valley Milk and Cheese which has amazing dairy products especially curd and ice cream!
