We got the wings and they were bone in, and okay at best. The atmosphere is okay, but for park city not much to want to run to on lunch break or vacation. The coolest part was how they bottled their water and that was like old school milk glass quarts or something. Glad we were there for lunch break for work and not a date.

By far one of the worst experiences we have had at a restaurant in a long time. It took 15 minutes for someone to take a drink order and get us water after being seated. I ordered a side of corn bread and the Asian bowl. The cornbread was burnt and very dry. The Asian bowl came out 10 minutes after my date's food arrived (because one of the servers didn't know they were together). The Asian bowl was cold except for the steak, which was lukewarm. The avocado (pictured) was very bruised and not good at all. Not once were we checked on about the food and had to go and ask for our check 10 minutes after finishing. My date had the chicken sandwich and it was good. We ended up sharing that and her fries.

Bottom line: great place on all fronts. Came here for dinner after a day on the slopes. We got a pretzel, classic sandwhich, pizza, and Mexican grilled corn. Service was speedy and attentive despite the chaos of new years eve. Drinks are reasonable. The food comes from two kitchens depending on the menu you choose from, but it doesn't hinder serving. This place comes through in a lot of ways, the pizza is better than Fuego, the sandwhich was light, fries crispy, and the sauces with the pretzel were good. I also didn't realize pickles could even be made from scratch, but those were good too. Only critique is the Mexican corn was bland and boiled instead of grilled.

My husband and I were looking for a late night bite on our first night (a Wednesday) when we arrived in Park City. It was our first time in Park City. We found Boneyard Saloon as an option on Yelp. We went to the Saloon part of the restaurant. There are two parts to the restaurant, a saloon (think bar) and a wine dive (think wine cellar vibes). Not sure if this applies to the wine side, but to be seated in the saloon, we had to present our IDs. 21 and older. We were seated right away at a booth in the bar area. It was quite busy. The bar had many TVs, so if you're looking for a place to watch a game this may suit you. Our service wasn't super quick. I do think our waitress could have been quicker with taking our drink and food order. She seemed to be attending to other tables and forgetting about us. If I remember correctly, we had to nab her when she walked by our table to get our food order in. She was almost too quick to walk away. A note on drinks, even though the restaurant serves wine they don't have a sweet white or red available. At least during our trip. Odd, and slightly disappointing. Instead, I ordered Something about Rosemary - it was okay. When we did put in our food order, it was brought out quick and still warm. In addition to not seeing our waitress enough, we weren't brought any water until the end of the meal...and we had to ask for it...three times. We ordered an Amish Friendship Pretzel, the Berry Berry Salad and Jambalaya. The pretzel was okay, but could have been softer. The salad and jambalaya were very good. The jambalaya had some kick to it, but I normally don't like spicy and I had more than a few bites of it without searching for the nearest water fountain. We paid right around $70.

I believe they are first come first serve. But I'm sure depending on your group size you can call to see.
