Recently purchased an outdoor sofa from leaders and I love it! Tried several products prior to this purchase and nothing come close to the quality and comfort. In store sales was super easy with lots of options and my item was available prior to the expected date. I will always purchase from leaders in the future for items of quality and excellent service they provide.

Cannot rave highly enough about these folks. From customer service, to products, to communication with customer--absolutely the best. If a company's reaction when things don't go well is it's hallmark--Leaders nails it. We had an issue with a piece of their unique furniture (my fault). The team at the store (Palm Harbor), lead by Store Manager Todd took IMMEDIATE action to make me whole. A special shout out to Jamie at the warehouse for his gracious help and pleasant attitude. Thank you all!!

We purchased outdoor furniture from this location ~4 years ago. While I understand that outdoor furniture is subject to UV rays, our Lounge chairs completely broke apart. I did not expect Leader's to replace the furniture but the lounges were ~$800 each(without the pad) and I expected them to last a little longer than 4 years. The chairs were rarely used and I had hoped Leaders would at least take some money off for replacements but were unwilling. These chairs were part of a large, $6,000 purchase. UPDATE: Leaders did contact me soon after my post to make things right. They offered replacement lounges at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with how they responded!

We recently purchased new cushions for a rattan furniture set we bought in 2005. The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. The price of the cushions was quite reasonable and the quality of the product was excellent. The lead time of 3 months (due to supply chain issues) was a bit much, but overall our experience was a positive one.
