The customer service was great! They talked to me and explained they have original apple screens and third party. I went with the third party since it saves you a lot of money and looks really good. Still they did a great job. I will go back if my iphone 13 needs a screen repair again!

I would give 10 stars if I could! They fixed my iPhone 12 Pro max in 30 minutes. What was remarkable is how badly damaged the phone was and they still saved it. Great job on my iPhone screen repair, you gained a new customer for life!

We called the store on a Monday and they didn't have the phone screen I needed in that day but said one was on the way and that they would call us when it came in so I could setup an appointment. On Tuesday I received a phone call and was told the screen came in and that I could being my phone in the next day (Wednesday). I went to the store on Wednesday and was told the adhesive for the screen was not available.. frustrating since they called the day before and said to bring it in. So I asked when it would be in and they said they had a delivery scheduled for Thursday. I called in the morning on Thursday to make sure the adhesive was in and they confirmed it was out for delivery and said it would be delivered no later than 12. I take my phone in and was told that it still had not been delivered. I noticed a UPS sticker on the door that said delivery attempted.. at this point no one in the store noticed the sticker from UPS or had any clue where the adhesive was. Now I understand it wasn't their fault for it not being delivered but don't promise something will be in and tell me to bring it in. So si ce it was 4th of July weekend I mentioned that I couldn't bring it in until Tuesday since I was going out of town and asked them to hold the screen under my name. The employee told me they can't hold anything for more than 48 hours. I asked since I had already taken time out of day to drive to the store twice at this point after being told multiple times everything was available that they would hold it for me until Tuesday. When Tuesday came around I called beforehand to make sure they had the adhesive and the screen still available and they confirmed. I took the phone screen in and had to explain to the same employee that helped me the week before what had happened again.... I got the screen fixed but will not be coming back after how they handled everything.. don't recommend coming to this location... also this is how they placed the "protective" screen on before I could get a better one
