One of my very favorite Ross. Very clean. Organized and pretty nice cashiers . The girl who helped me today was not really interested I'm helping me check out she was super into her phone, but the other people were great and the store was clean so 5 stars.

This place is generally pretty well stocked and not overly busy. Their selection is pretty broad and should have what you are looking for. It's clean and the workers are decently quick at their job.

Not all Ross stores have the same products, so it might be harder to find an exchange, but yes you can take it to any store to exchange/refund with the receipt.
You can't order online, each store has different inventory that changes with every load. They get the mistake clothes and there is no way to know is coming next
