I am severely disappointed. In ordering extra sour cream for my tacos the employees made the questionable decision to place the sour cream on the tin foil wrapped around the tacos. This is quite saddening, my wife and I normally love this place. But lately it has been subpar at best. With wrong orders, lack of any customer service and now this. I don't think they could get any lower in my opinion. Truly saddening I hope it gets better in the future but that is highly doubtful.

I am used to more of the East Coast Mexican Food Chainsm I would put this as an average place. Not Great, not Bad. Fill your Belly Mexican Food on the Run.

Not a good idea to do an online order around dinner time!! They will take care of everyone in the line and drive through before they even start on the online orders. A customer who had arrived before I did waited for over an hour for his order and I’m currently still waiting and it’s already been over 20 minutes. Best just to come wait in physical line if you want your food at a reasonable time.
