The dining room was closed due to a lack of employees. I was prepared to wait a bit due to that but 45+ minutes is too long. Once we were at the front of the line for receiving our food, I expected to get it within 5 minutes. It took a lot more. I watched the employees come out several times with orders with no one to give them to. I finally asked an employee when she came out how much longer it would be. She came out shortly with our order. It had been sitting there since the custard and shakes were half melted. The food order was a mess with several missing parts or with things we asked to have removed such as cheese. One burger was missing altogether and when I went inside to retrieve it I was shocked that there were so many employees working. I expected to see a skeleton crew but there were at least 7.

As a drive up, fast food establishment I will always pick a Culver's over any other place in the vicinity. They are not everywhere but they are the best 💓 in the business. Not only do they have the best butter burgers, crinkle fries but they make the best salt Carmel cements, it's their very own type of shake. They come in about 30 or more flavors, so thick, rich and creamy , they are a must try. Once you've tasted their food you will have a great experience with their old fashioned food and desserts. You too will become a Culver's addict like my family and friends.

Stopped for lunch for 1st time…Ordered Fish & Chips. Absolutely delicious! Facility was very clean. Employees were very attentive & courteous. I will definitely return again to sample other menu items…. I hear the burgers are awesome & was told not to skip the ice cream!

Awful service! Do not visit this location! Food was cold, ice cream was warm. Had to wait 20+ minutes for our food to come out and then it was cold! Plus, they gave us our sundays first and since we had to wait so long for our food, our ice cream melted into a sloppy, sticky mess by the time we received the rest of our order--which they got wrong as well. We were missing things that we paid for, they didn't give us the sauces we requested, or any straws for our drinks, and they gave us the wrong chicken strips! Pretty much everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Finally, when I asked for a cup holder at the window for our two drinks and two sundays, the girl at the window told me I didn't need one and argued with me about it! So glad I spent over $40 for bad service, bad food, and an incredibly long wait! I will never come to this location ever again!
