Fish and ribs were so good but our French fries were not! They had been sitting for awhile. I expect my food to be hot and fresh.

The appetizer came with a giant hair (understandably happens sometimes) then my Long Island came and their are 3 nats (fruit flies) floating in my drink. Truly unacceptable from such an established chain

Excellent customer service and very tasty food! Timely service and very happy by the excellent service provided by our server. Carmen! She went about and beyond about our order that was complicated and involved many changes. We will visit this place again and would recommend for anyone.
